Advocate Emmanuel Mashao is a High Court–admitted Trust Account Advocate with a multidisciplinary edge, specializing in RAF litigation, mediation, compliance advisory, and forensic legal consulting. His practice bridges the gap between litigation strategy, workplace liability, and commercial forensic diagnostics—delivering legal solutions that are both ethically grounded and operationally impactful.
With a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Limpopo and advanced training in Commercial Forensic Information Technology at North-West University, Emmanuel combines traditional legal expertise with modern forensic insight. His career spans roles as Litigation Officer at the Road Accident Fund, Legal Advisor, Law Consultant, and Advocate in independent practice, equipping him with a rare blend of institutional experience and entrepreneurial agility.
Emmanuel’s work is informed by a deep understanding of legislative frameworks such as the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and the Road Accident Fund Act, enabling him to advise institutions, SMEs, and individuals on navigating complex compliance landscapes. Whether drafting airtight contracts, mitigating liability risks, or decoding forensic data for litigation, he translates legal complexity into actionable clarity.

Randy Maponya is a highly skilled legal professional and Practice Manager at EM Law Chambers, known for delivering strategic, client-centered legal solutions across diverse sectors. With advanced qualifications including an LLM in Mineral Petroleum Extraction and Use (University of Cape Town), an LLB (University of Witwatersrand), and a BA in Political Sciences and International Relations (University of Pretoria), she combines academic excellence with practical expertise.
Her career spans consultancy, litigation, and research, with specialisation in:
